| I believe that more can be done with less, and that the tax code should be simplified so that tax loopholes are eliminated. There is much too much waste, and too many people avoid paying their appropriate share of taxes. I believe all areas of spending can be reduced by using taxpayer money more carefully and efficiently. I believe that efficiency improvements can offer a greater amount of government services with less spending. On Medicaid and Medicare, costs can be reduced by tying benefits to requiring healthier lifestyles for recipients. | |||
